Covers major systems and structural components that were working at the time of inspection. Lasts 90 days after inspection or 22 days after closing (whichever is longer). Up to $2,250 reimbursement for approved repairs.
5-Year Roof Leak Protection
Covers any new roof leaks that develop after the inspection. Up to $3,000 in repair costs over 5 years.
MoldSafe
Covers remediation costs for new visible mold that was not present or reported during the inspection. Up to $2,000 per claim.
